haha yea, so apparantly you think your the expert aye?

well i got some answers for you.

1. the current header is there because alex was making a new header because my header apparantly was giving clues towards the phat theme... but its not!!
2. ccecyouth.com wont look good as it wont stand out if its not in caps, i tried both ways.
3. The scrolling pictures will be back after phat. This header is only temporary
4. ok, ill think about that.
5. ok, where do think you think it would be better and why?
6. The background is again temporary to fit the phat lead up.
7. nope. its got nothing to do with the theme ;)
8. Ok, ill have a think about how the information can be distributed better, any ideas?

more about the fold: the blog design for a landing page seems like a waste of real estate to me... you have lovely wide margins of wasted space. When you get to Mars Hill Church's page, you don't scroll at all. They use all the space.

Looks good! Especially the glassy menu bar.
Can I pick it apart? Cool.

1) The current header (a field?) has nothing to do with Australia nor the Coast not Coastal youth.
2) I would be in favour of changing the CCECYOUTH.COM heading to ccecyouth.com
3) I liked the scrolling pictures in the header.
4) body links would stand out better underlined
5) Recent comments might be better higher in the sidebar.
6) The background is very web 2.0, but not very coastal youth. something to thing about: who does the look need to appeal to?
7) could the picture in this post possibly give anything away?
8) obviously since it has just been redone, don't implement this yet - but the problem with ccecyouth.com has always been that all the information is below the fold, sometimes several folds down. Read here.
