All the steps above are great, but take advice from The Helper to change the extension. Just click on the name like you want to rename a file and change the extension. Also, when i synched up, the ringtone did not appear in my ringtones tab, so i had to drag and drop it my my phone device. Bingo. All is good:) This drove me crazy ALL day, until i FINALLY worked it out. All the steps above are great, but take advice from The Helper to change the extension. Just click on the name like you want to rename a file and change the extension.
