How to Connect your computer to the internet with a nokia via telstra’s nextG network
First Method:
1. First install the latest nokia pc suite.
2. Make sure your phone is connected to the computer via cable or bluetooth.
3. click the connect to internet icon.
4. Go into configure.
5. Click next and then specify you want to set up the connection manually.
6. As the access point, put telstra.internet if your using just normal pay as you go internet or telstra.datapack if you are using a datapack.
7. Leave all the other fields blank, click the tick and connect!
2nd Method:
1. Create a dialup account in windows and setup the nokia phone as a modem, just dial “*99#” and your away.
I prefer the first method as i already have nokia pc suite installed, if you don’t you probably should try method 2 :)

Where does the name Evans come from?
I new my name was welsh but didnt know iw was the plural of evan :)

Water Saving? Unlimited Showers?
It only happens on the central coast one in a while at the moment, but when dad says "kids, its long shower time" I usually smile at the idea of long hot 20 minute showers. You may be asking nooo, what about water restrictions and the community? Well guess what, our household is run totally on tank water and when those4 massive tanks start to overflow all over the ground we have to use it somehow.
So whos got some better ideas of how i could use the water? Currently i have done 2 full loads of washing and had a shower, but im sure i could wash my car again (tho it was done only 2 weeks ago). Anyone else have tank water and love it when they overflow?
Facebook Takes Over Traffic From Myspace In Australia
I have just noticed that facebook has taken over myspace in australia in the web rankings on alexa.com, see here. Facebook has yet to catch myspace globally tho, with myspace ranked 5 and facebook 6. Its also interesting to see that some other social sites are starting to climb the rankings (see here) and compete with myspace and facebook including Skyrock & Friendster.
